Placing an order

  • Browse the Samini Aroma online catalogue to make your purchase. When you have selected at the item you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire and click on “Order”.
  • When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link underneath your order.
  • You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below information on Payment Options available to you.
  • Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed online immediately. We will ship your order to you immediately. Please see below for information on our Shipping Policy.

Payment Options

Samini Aroma Online is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:

  1. Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa, and Mastercard Network
  2. Visa Debit cards
  • From select banks in India. A full list is available at the time of Check Out and prior to making payments for purchases.
  • Please note that for Visa and Mastercard you will require to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit Card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express Cards you will be required to give your 15 digit card number and 4 digit code.

Pricing Policy

  • Product prices listed are current, however these are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

Payment Security

All transactions at Samini Aroma Online are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process. Any information you enter when transacting with Samini Aroma Online is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind. You can tell your browser is in secure mode in the “Checkout” by looking for the padlock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

What is a CVV/CVC?

The Credit Verification Value or CVV or the Credit Validation Code or CVC is an important security feature that further reduces the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and is only found on the physical card itself. We ask you to enter the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to make sure that the card is, in fact, in your possession. The CVV/CVC is a 3- or 4-digit code embossed or imprinted on the reverse side of your credit card in the signature area.

Out of stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Samini Aromas Online does not back order, that is, does accept orders which we cannot fulfil immediately.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of order within the timeline, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

Cancellation before shipment:

  • If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on customercare@samini.org.in or call us on +91 9643129610
  • In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within maximum of 7 business days after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on customercare@samini.org.in.
  • In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7 business days.

Refund for cancelled orders

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a weeks’ time after receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Samini Aromas coupons, which can be used during future purchases.

Returns Policy

  • We will issue a product exchange for any product arriving in damaged condition that is returned, in its original packaging, within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • To return any items, please contact Customer Service or by email customercare@samini.org.in
  • All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
  • Postage will not be refunded.
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. Samini Aromas is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
  • Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by Samini Aromas Team. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
  • Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

Shipping Policy

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery for Prepaid Orders:

  • 5-7 working days for Metro cities
  • 8-12 working days for Non-metro cities
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Samini Aromas Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Samini Aromas is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

Shipping charges

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat Rs.75 charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

Shipping outside India

Currently we are only shipping within India. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned.
